How are reports submitted and stored?
Reports are created on your specific report format or through QualiT's digital reporting software which can also be white-labeled using your branding guidelines. Choose if you want to receive each inspection report via email or by a secure shared folder containing all reports from that specific project/PO#.
How are inspection requests handled?
New inspection requests are delivered to Agencies or directly to pre-qualified inspectors who are experienced and competent in the type of inspection required. Notifications are sent in real-time via text message, email, and through the QualiT app.

QualiT prepares effective job posting campaigns to reach as many inspectors as possible. Inspectors submit their information on fast, easy form and QualiT filters through them for you. Daily application summaries are sent to the hiring team. Similarly, the onboarding is fast and efficient. Pertinent documents such as contracts, banking info, and tax documents are generated and sent straight to your inbox in one packet. We will even brand their resume for you!
QualiT's inspector sourcing is effective, but how do I keep track of all the inspectors?
QualiT provides CRM integration for all inspectors sourced and onboarded. Each inspector packet is linked to your HupSpot, SalesForce, or internal database for fast searching and retrieval of contact information, resume, certificates etc.
